I'm not sure. There were 60 ideas during that time and not much support from the user base or interest from studios. Votes, if any, are just going to flood to the hardcore/explicit stuff, plus much of the ideas presented have been covered in releases since then to some degree.
I just don't think creators are looking for ideas from us or are going to claim ideas that could alter their reputation or usual format and flow of production. Even with PMVs gaining momentum, they are still hesitant and would rather create their own compilations in their image versus letting the community do as they please.
Commenting on their video pages are already good ways of leaving impressionable ideas that they sometimes listen to.
