Will65 10Gb feels like a nice round number an ISP would cut off at. In my experience itโ€™s usually the ISP doing the throttling rather than the site itself. Think about who has more to gain from throttling. An ISP can save and prioritize bandwidth elsewhere, a site just gets an angry user.

Here is a site that explains ways to determine if it is ISP throttling, and a few ways around it.

Good luck ๐Ÿ€

Thanks for the resources. It wasn't the ISP, as about 30 mins later it completed fine. Additionally, I noted in my original post that I download larger files from other sites without this problem.

Looks like it was just a hiccup on your end that resolved itself. Thanks for replying.

The download speed extremely slow compare before. Same internet speed as before take around 2hours to download but now it takes 1day to download... What happen to CDN/s3for.me or SLR set a limit?
