  • Cannot connect SLR account to Haptics Connect app on iPad

Hi

I have the latest Haptics Connect installed on iPad and a Premium+scripts membership. But when I go to the account page on SLR (with the browser of the iPad having HC installed) I cannot see any button to „connect slr to hc“. I have only a field saying „enter your handy device key“.

I would appreciate any support to fix the issue.

    Soror78 Can you make sure you are logged in to your account with the SLR/DeoVR app?
    If you already are, can you log out and in again with both the SLR/DeoVR app and browser?

      Thanks for your reply.

      I signed out an in again on both, the DeoVR on OQ2 and the iPad (HC app running in background). I still cannot see the deep link button on the SLR account page via Firefox browser on my iPad.

        Soror78 Try another browser like chrome @Soror78 - login with your active membership at sexlikereal.com on chrome and see if you see the deeplink button then?
        Alternatively try installing HC app on your phone and logging in your phone browser, wondering if its an isolated ipad issue

          It works with the Chrome browser! It does not work with Firefox or Safari on iPad.
