      Here is an article on blog about Passthrough with an information you might find useful.
      What i know for sure is that Quest 2 / Quest Pro and Pico neo 3 pro do work.
      You can try following this tutorial
      but can't guarantee the success.

        Honkster I hope that one good thing to come out of all this passthrough stuff is that these company's will start to care about the scaling of this 8K giant stuff.

            mebejoe yes it will. I bought mine on eBay and it was sent from Japan. I set up as UK but live and use in the states.

              rerun119 Hopefully. Like someone else commented here, the scaling issue becomes much more noticeable in passthrough because the models' size is now in reference to your real-world environment.

                Also try Luna Corazon and Veronica Leal white background vids. I usually start out with:

                I just tried to remove the faceplate to see if I can get a better FOV and although it does slightly, the biggest win was the immersion. Having no top, side or bottom makes it feel like you are just wearing a pair of big heavy sunglasses. But the experience is even more amazing when watching a video in Passthrough mode. It feels even more like the subject is in your room. Now it’s a matter of removing everything as far as background etc in a clean way to not distract from the immersion. I mentioned this in separate thread but I really think SLR should separate videos exclusively to play in Passthrough.

                  I'm OK with pictures on the wall or lights from the ceiling, I seen few videos with curtains or a bed that had curtains, that was pretty cool it looked like I was on different bed in my room.

                      I'm sure most of yall know how vocal I am about pass-through options for vr, 13.3 the best version BTW 😏

                      But I'm curious. Am I alone on this? but after pt came out, seriously...watching vrp with out pt just doesn't do it for me like it did, I mean...I will watch vrp with out pt but 95% of the time I'm reaching for the pt options

                      Literally, when I watch vrp regularly now it's like watching 2dp after watching vrp.

                      Because of vrp I hardly watch 2dp like I use to.

                        Vrsumo2017 i cant understand the hype from the few that are crazy about it... passthrough on quest 2 takes a heap of fiddling to get a result that never looks better than ****ing terrible.

                            Trust me, if I was fiddling to long with options just to find a good pt it be a different story...👎

                            13.3 version had a very easy method to use for every video that helped find a good pt quick, it got you straight to the point what pt should be like.

                            The 13.4 13.5 versions... it works but getting into or getting the models into your environment 😏...takes to long, it just takes longer then 13.3
                            Pt needs to be quick to get into a pt, like snapping your fingers quick. 13.3 quik method was like that. 👍

                            And to be honest I don't think most users knew about this quick method unless they read it from me, lol

                            I've seen few comments user were confused how to use the sliders, and slr might of put out a video or wrote sum instructions somewhere but nothing was said along the lines about my quick go to method to use for every video.

                            It was mostly like, match this color, slide this slide that

                            13.3 goes like this
                            Turn pass-through on
                            Turn saturation on
                            Put color range to about 8 and pull it back sum till u get a good pt.
                            Opacity around 99 or 98 to smooth out edges IF needed.

                            That should of been explained as a first method to use on every video u watch. Especially if the background walls brightly colored.

                            Now, if that go to method didn't work, THEN if the user feels like it...they can THEN match up colors and fiddlel with options...which I rarely did 😏, unless it was a scene I really wanted to get a good pt. Then yes id fiddle 🤷‍♂️

                            But yeah, I dont think most users knew about that 13.3 quick method, I don't even think slr knew about it. 😏

                              I literally log onto this forum everyday to look for new news on pt. Also when logging into SLR look for videos with pt icon or videos that have pt potential.
                              I wish SLR can allow us premium users to sort or favorites into folders that way I can put my pt favorites in one and other categories in others.
                              Also, I mentioned similar feelings in this or other posts as well in regards to pt being awesome and the future. I don’t think it’s a phase at all. The hype is real and once more and more users get a hold of it they will feel the same way. Then pt will evolve into gfe pt where you can control the stars, then it will evolve into true 6dof where you can actually walk around your room to get all angles of the star. Oh lord the future is bright and amazing!!!
