I am posting this because I went the support route with no success. Support was helpful but the issue as i understand it needs to be resolved by engineering, which 2 months later still hasn’t happened.

The issue:
I purchased a script for a video prior to signing up for lifetime scripts and videos. However, the script (as part of premium script service) has since been replaced/re-uploaded (for compliance, correction, or remastering). My user account is still associated to the old script because SLR does not reassociate the script after updating. I understand the logic, someone may want the original, but that results in a broken relationship between script and video.
Expected result:
when streaming the video using lifetime scripts and videos, the video plays and script loads.
Actual result:
When streaming the video the video plays but script never loads.
The result:
I am left with a script that I purchased that doesn’t work.
The solution:
Update my user profile in the DB to associate the correct script to my purchases.
