I did a trial and then went to a monthly membership but there is no option to cancel on my profile. Sent multiple emails about it with no reply. Is any way to cancel it to not get charged again?

zentare We did reply several times to your support ticket, but it sounds like they probably got caught up in your spam filter if you haven't seen them. You may want to check your trash & deleted folders.
But the short version is that the email you wrote to us from has no billing or payments attached to it since 2018, so if you signed up for SLR Premium more recently from a different email address, please send that email address to us as well via support ticket.

zentare Are you completely sure you're being charged for sexlikereal.com and it's not another site you subscribed to? We also don't offer any sort of a "trial" subscription like you mentioned, so that's also a bit odd.
On your bank/credit card statement it should list which payment broker you're being charged by (Epoch, Securion, or Verotel). You may want to reach out to them to see if they can provide you with a Member ID or Transaction ID, which you can then forward to us to pull up.
Again, please don't put any of that info here though
