So I bought the premium scripts bundle and made a couple posts in the past to outline issues I had with it (mainly that the 3 script downloads you get per month are not persisted, meaning you can exhaust your 3 downloads on the same scripts every month). That makes it not worth the premium subscription in my usage scenario.
However, if you introduced a section similar to the existing My Scripts section, you could list all the scripts people chose to download with their premium script sub. It would allow them to redownload those scripts if they have an active premium scripts subscription.. The caveat is that the user will need to maintain scripts premium subscription to maintain download access for those scripts that they did not buy individually.
To me this makes more sense than the current model and I can't imagine why this functionality doesn't exist already.
