Bitcoin sent, premium not activated

I attempted to purchase a year of premium recently with Bitcoin. I went through the process on the website, though Coinbase delayed the transaction by a few days.

However, the transaction completed and my money was taken and my premium has not activated.

I am quite upset because a year of premium is a lot of money to lose - what can be done here?

A few days ago I raised a couple Billing Issue requests to support - sorry for the duplicate - the numbers were 23631 and 23681

Thank you for investigating, out of interest is there an estimated timeframe for this issue to be resolved?
