vides do no work on iPhone nor Macs

SLR downloads no longer work on a iPhone or a Mac. They display as the mp4 file with the extension, but no longer will play on a Mac nor an iPhone for VR viewing. Any support for a long-term fix? I have been downloading the optimal 4k video since the iPhone download was removed a few weeks ago. The error is "This file contains some media which isn’t compatible with QuickTime Player."

Use VLC.

Most likely Quicktime simply does not support the resolution.

The 4k resolution from many other websites works well. And, up until a few weeks ago, this site had a separate download for the mac.

After the Mac download was removed from the end of the list of available files a few weeks ago from the SLR site, I started to download the Optimal 4k download since it saves as a mp4 file. I have been downloading the h.265 version, and that does not play on a Mac through Quicktime nor will it play on an iPhone for VR viewing. Today, I tried to download both Optimal 4k files, the h.265 version and the h.264 one. It looks like the h.264 version works well. Issue resolved.
