  • Cancelled subscription is still being billed, support emails are being ignored

I have contacted support about this twice, because this is the second time this has happened. First for the script sub, and now for the premium sub.

I understand if there was a simple mistake, but not just ignoring the issue and continuing to take my money regardless.

I have multiple emails confirming my cancellation followed by money being taken out of my account.

This is fraud.

I guess I'll just have to do a chargeback as it is, but I'll definitely do that in future given how scummy these companies are. Fucking this up should be an automatic fine with penaltes paid to the customer.

Obviously they don't give a shit.

sillylilly I wish I had a specific answer for you, but unfortunately I don't, so I'm sorry for that.

I can pull your account and see that the reason you're being re-billed despite canceling is almost certainly due to this issue with SecurionPay cancelations not registering. But unfortunately I can't say why the issue hasn't been fixed for you yet and why you haven't been refunded, which I can tell you one way or another will happen. Whether it's through a chargeback like you suggested or getting something finally squared away on our end, you won't end up being out that re-bill money for either sub.

I can't speak to any other times you've reached out, but as far as this specific post not getting a response, it's just because it's the weekend and I'm the only one stupid enough to work on weekends.

justsomedude101 I appreciate you replying, and I appreciate that it might be to do with the payment processor, but my first attempt to contact support was over a week ago, when the script sub was rebilled, and I still haven't heard anything, so at that point this company is just clearly not doing what they should be doing to help out customers who are getting shafted.

It looks like I'm going to have to get a chargeback if this can't be dealt with, which means going into the bank, doing a full ID process, cancelling my card and getting a temporary travel card so I can still eat, and then I have to redo any payment that was still on that card.

I'll be looking into getting a temporary card in the future so I don't have to leave it up to the goodwill of whatever faceless company to decide when they think I'm allowed to keep my money.
