  • Some videos are NOT appearing in DeoVR

The only reason I re-subscribed this month was to watch the following video (starring underrated cutie Ichika Matsumoto):

https://www.sexlikereal.com/scenes/ichika-matsumoto-you-called-a-masseuse-and-got-jav-idol-ichika-matsumoto-21391

However, this video is NOT available in DeoVR. It simply does not appear in any of the listings, whether it be Recent Videos, or searches for the studio KoalaVR or the model Ichika Matsumoto.

The DeoVR listings are not synchronized with the website listings.

If this were only a problem for a day or two, I could put up with it. However, it is now 6 days for which this video is unavailable. If it were a Western studio, I would simply download it from the website. However, it is JAV and download is disabled.

This issue is common. It is not just JAV. There was a time when new SinsVR videos did not appear in DeoVR. I have reported it before here on the forum (which was ignored completely).

Can you please look into this urgently? There is simply no point in subscribing if I cannot watch the videos I'm subscribing for.

Thanks.

BobbyBadass actually I’ve found that certain videos I have favorited (VRGoddess vids jump to mind) were removed. I noticed it on the app in my headset, and when I asked I learned they had been removed. Not clear if it was a thing with the studio or part of the compliance thing. Anyway they’re gone.

Then the other day I spotted one of those scenes still in my faves on the main website while on my laptop. I quickly jumped to try to download the file, but the resulting page wasn’t found. So the vids still are removed, it’s just that the main site is incorrectly saying they are still there. I suspect this is also the case with the vid you’ve mentioned — it was removed for a specific reason.

Have you reached out to @Polar on this thread to see what happened to the vid you seek and if there’s a chance it can be reactivated?

BobbyBadass From memory this particular video had to be renamed, as the original title included wording which is not permitted. I opened up DEO and did a search for it's SLR ID number, (21391,) and everything appears to be fine.

Could you try searching for it in that way and see if it works? If so I would be grateful if you could let me know either way.

Polar Thanks, that code did actually find the video and I have added it to favourites. However, it still doesn't appear under the model's listings.
