Unfortunately these SUPER intimate scenes are getting more and more rare.. one of the reasons being a very active individual in the community complaining about the camera being too close on almost every single one of these videos. So take it with a grain of salt that they won't be releasing these on a regular basis anymore.. or at the very least lately there have been very few of them released from the SLRO channel. But 2021 have been the golden age for close up/intimate scenes from SLRO and they had some of the best scenes that are GOAT'ed for sure. Either way, enjoy these vids. =)

        We do still have the ongoing ASMR series and Raw Taboo series as well, which I feel like hit all the notes being mentioned when it comes to "intimate" scenes.

        In fact (assuming nothing with the schedule changes), the next 2 scenes that are going to be released are from these series. The "Coming Soon" section of the SLR Originals page is a bit out-of-date at the moment.

        muSLR I doubt they are going to listen to just one person and stop doing certain types of videos if those scenes are generally successful. I still feel we’re getting some intimate videos, the recent Slimthick Vic/Kiara Cole one being an example. The OP also mentioned kissing, whispering in your ear and eye contact. This doesn’t mean everything has to be in super close up. I’m not sure what the guy you’re talking about’s complaint is but I don’t like the whole cross-eyed effect if you’re too close. I accept it when the girl comes in for a kiss as she has to get really close to the camera but don’t want it for prolonged periods.

                I've been hammering on this point for what seems like forever. There is 3D porn, and there is Virtual Reality porn. They are NOT the same thing.

                    VR porn is still porn and is therefore not supposed to represent reality, porn never has. It’s heightened fantasy. There are obviously different levels of fantasy depending on your tastes but none of it represents reality. There is the girlfriend experience porn, which is still complete fantasy land. There is also then different levels of how hardcore you want to go. In 2d porn, that historically went pretty far even if it’s been reined in a bit in recent years. In VR that’s never been the case.

                    VR porn obviously skews mainly towards the softer girlfriend experience type porn but even this in no way reflects the reality of sex for most people. If you want reality, don’t watch pornography or maybe watch amateur stuff with real couples just filming themselves having sex with no performance element.

People might even have different tastes, experiences and expectations. And biggest surprise, people might even have different opinions on what intimacy actually is and which porn scenes offer the best intimacy...we live in weird world, don't we?...

                            Okay let's not turn this into a witch hunt, just wanted to share some of my favs and I should have kept it at that so I do apologize that last paragraph I typed, was just venting and didn't mention names because I didn't wanna single them out.

                            As Phillip said, “Horse is not only not dead, it's also a winning horse at the moment”. I guess they do keep the interests of the majority in mind when filming.. Personally the “cross-eye” effect is indeed bothersome but I’d rather put up with that than sacrificing the intimacy VR provides, but I understand everyone have their preferences. Hopefully this can be improved upon further as technology advances.

                            sheldoncooper Imo intimacy arises from the personal connection to the girl in the scene. It depends on how believable she acts and how much she draws you into the scene. There's intimacy when you are actually sexually attracted to a girl in a scene, not only because of her looks but because of the "full package" she offers. And that not only for a small period of time, like one close-up position in which you just look at her face for a few minutes but for pretty much the whole scene. Girls like Veronica Leal or Melody Marks can do this on a regular basis. That's why they're among the best VR porn performers out there. CzechVR can shoot such scenes with various performers on a pretty regular basis because they seem to really understand the medium and because their directors know how to teach their performers to deliver top notch VR experiences in which the actual intimacy is off the charts...

                            Some people seem to equate intimacy solely with a certain distance to the camera. While I agree that camera distances can influence your viewing experience and that some close-up parts are pretty amazing I still don't think that this is the only important element in the intimacy formula. Your personal viewing experience can vary anyway, depending on your personal physique, the headset you use and the player you use. The performance of a girl (or multiple girls) and the way she is/they are captured in general is pretty much the same though.

                            Personally, I love "balanced" scenes with some action being closer to the cam and some action being in a good viewing position to see the whole action. I also prefer short-period close-up stuff like when two girls just kiss each other or the girls leans forward to whisper something in your ear to extended close-up sections in which you simply watch a certain body part for a longer period of time. That's not very intimate to me, it's rather pretty boring tbh. I'd say for me "constant engagement" in all forms and aspects is the most important element in the intimacy formula, being a result of many factors and many persons involved in porn production.
