  • Password reset doesn't work.

Hi,
I forgot my password and pressed the reset button, but I did not receive any response to my email.
So I can’t use my SLR premium service because the password cannot be reset.

Please send me the reset mail.
(Do I need to give you my email address? SLR and forum emails are same)

      johnjohn37 Can you please check your spam folder to see if our emails are getting caught up in it accidentally?

      If I'm looking at the correct support ticket (20716), @Rakly3 has responded twice asking for a few bits of info we need to verify you are the account holder.

      If this is not your support ticket #, feel free to let me know what your ticket # is and I can take a look!

        A support ticket # should be on that "Request Received" email you mentioned getting.

        But you can also just forward the "Request Received" email to us at support@sexlikereal.com, which may be just as easy of a way for me to look your ticket up (I think I'm looking at the correct ticket for you, but this will help us verify).

          The ticket number you mentioned is correct that I received. And I just sent a reply to the email of "Request Received" by capturing this screen. please check.

            I sent you a temporary password from our backup email address with title
            SLR support ticket 20716 - Password reset.

            Can you check?
