The search feature is garbage.

The search on deo is especially bad. It doesn't recognize words in the titles and even worse the tags. If a video has all the tags in my search it should come up. It's even worse for Jav If I flip the JAV tab and search a term which I know a video has it should pop up. Yet half the time it acts like there aren't any jav videos at all, and that's before I start adding tags.

I agree that the search feature should be able to find tags and that's why I voted yes but I'm not sure that you will get the developers on board with your request with that thread title...kind of self-defeating, you know...

I think if we could have a feature of viewer tags that could also be a 4th separate search option that would be really useful.

We're actually working on it.
However, when you type in a title or tags, then press Go on the virtual keyboard, it should show you search results.
And if you know the scene ID you want, you can just type the numbers and also press Go.

JAV filter seems to be broken too currently in the app.

Just a thought but search is always challenging because the user doesn’t know what they can/can’t search for. Until the new functionality is released how about putting an (i) or (?) icon beside the search bar with criteria that can be searched on, tips for searching, and how to utilize operators in search like (interactive AND BLONDE) or (interactive && blonde). Improving help may be a cheaper option to solving the problem than new feature development.
