  • Taboo Dirty Talk and Compliance

This is a bit of a compliance question I suppose but just a query about stepfamily taboo scenes. I did mention this in the comments of the recent Penny Barber scene but it may be better to ask in the forum.

It seems like, when there is a stepdad/stepdaughter scene, it is made clear at the outset that it’s only a step relationship but, once that is established, the girl can then drop the step word for the remainder of the scene and refer to the guy as “Daddy”.

Similarly in a stepmom/stepson scene, once the step relationship is established, the girl can drop the step word and refer to herself as “Mommy” throughout the scene as Penny Barber does to great effect in her recent scene for SLRO.

It seems though that, when it’s step siblings, different rules apply and they must keep saying stepbrother and stepsister throughout the entirety of the scene.

My question then is why step sibling scenes are treated differently to step parent scenes? Why is the step prefix insisted on throughout the scene?

petermc This is...an interesting question. All those sociology classes I took in college are piquing my interest with this haha.

I absolutely do NOT actually know the factual answer to this one, but I wonder if it has to do with the fact that "Daddy" and "Mommy" in a sexual context have already been a mainstream things for so long. Even back in the 40's/50's having a "Daddy" or sugar daddy was a common trope in some films/etc.

Whereas with "Bro/Sis", I could very well be wrong but I don't think this has ever really been a common sexual trope? I mean, aside from being featured in porn obviously. I don't believe it has anything to do with compliance, but I could be incorrect on that.
