I am receiving the following error when trying to play any video, from any category / fetish on the SLR APP for Oculus Go. I just downloaded it today, and am able to view the thumbnails, but every video loads a black vr environment and then does nothing for 10 to 30 seconds until the "Error playing video file!, unsupported format" error appears. Deleting and reinstalling the app does nothing.

How do you correct this using SLR App unable to locate deovr app in play store for galaxy s21 all the videos I bought are unwatchable. Please advise
