wtpgb Sorry about that. It looks like you received a support ticket response back on April 9th where you were asked for a bit more info and given one possible solution, but we didn't hear back from you on it again, so I'm assuming you didn't see that email or the potential fix didn't work.
Please try the below:
If it's the DeoVR app installed from the Oculus Store, then try going to the Oculus Storage settings and remove the temporary/cached data for the app. In many cases this should fix it. If it's still not fixed, repeat the process but shut down the Quest 2 completely (please be sure to actually shut it down, not simply restart). Then start it again and launch DeoVR.
If the app is sideloaded, then remove the app completely from the Quest 2, reboot and reinstall.
