Zelosus Not sure whether you're talking about purchasing individual scripts or signing up for the Premium scripts bundle, but a workaround may be to click on your profile in the top right -> select "Top Up" from the drop down -> you should have multiple payment methods available (including Discover, at least it shows up as an option for me).
Top up just adds funds to your SLR account balance, which can be used for things like script purchases - kind of like a store credit.
