  • Should we introduce peer to peer messaging on SLR

Chatting with performers is much more enticing than some dudes who are on the same platform with me, if some performers could do VR customs now that Canon VR camera is more or less press one button and shoot that would be great

I didn't realize this wasn't already a thing it's pretty normal to be able to private message in forums

I'm not quite sure about this one tbh. Could end up with people constantly harrassing directors or performers with post after post...

I'd prefer some dedicated threads for certain directors or talents for example. You could ask them stuff there or voice certain wishes and they had one central place to interact with the community.

    I'm all for more communication, but I think forums and comment sections are great for open communication and feedback. Discussions are what makes this place fun, constructive and illuminating.

    For those users who want to do the extra effort and reach out to producers/directors privately, they can always do that if they put in the time and dedication outside of the boards. It's not difficult to find the directors and producers outside of here.

      Seems like it could have it's benefits. I think it would have more benefits then problems I mean worst case someone gets spammed so much that they can't read all their messages which is pretty much the same as not having it.
