SLROriginal Downloaded Files Playback with No Audio in Skybox App

I downloaded multiple SLROriginal files (highest quality file for Oculus Quest 2) and when I try to play them back through the SkyBox app, you can see the video but there is no audio.

I've noticed this with multiple files. All other studios/files work great but for some reason the SLROriginals seem to have no audio on a lot of the newer releases.

There are a lot of SLROriginal files with this playback issue. Does anyone know how to fix it so it plays back with audio? Thanks.

Just so you know. SLR staff does not respond or provide support for 3rd party apps.
But to answer your question. As ibins pointed out: Skybox doesn't support Facebook360 spatial audio. And if it does, I wouldn't know how to fix it as I don't Skybox.

The SLROriginals videos have a spatial audio stream, which probably is not supported by Skybox.

But you should be able to switch to the regular stereo stream.
