Quest 2 + Virtual Desktop wrong controller detection issue

So before couple of updates I had the perfect setup with quest 2 and virtual desktop, SLR app always detected my touch controller properly I was able to use thumbstick and A/B/X/Y keys. Now since last few updates my controller is detected as windows mixed reality controller and I am not able to use thumbstick and A/B/X/Y keys at all.

It is very frustrating right now since only usable key is main trigger which I use to click on everything to seek video, go back and do everything.

Things that I have tried already to solve this issue:

Reinstalled SLR couple of times
Remove register keys of both DeoVR and SLR apps and installed SLR app completely fresh

Please solve this issue or suggestion some solution if I need to do anything. Thank you.

I have the same issue. I prefer to use Virtual Desktop over Quest Link (which detects the controller properly) as Link is super buggy to view downloaded videos on my Desktop.
