Where a scene requires multiple cumshots, like a three part story, that’s what they generally do because it’s pretty much the only option unless you want progressively weaker cumshots as the scene goes on. The last thing I’d want is for the climactic cumshot to be the weakest. It’s not remotely ideal, I agree, but I generally just accept that the first two parts of the scene won’t have a cumshot and will instead be a “creampie”
