Subscription failed to renew, what should I do?

Hi,

My premium subscription was supposed to renew on the 3rd of April but due to issues with my payment provider the charge was declined. Those issues have since been resolved but no new attempts have been made to charge my card. I originally purchased a premium subscription and then premium scripts 3 days later. Currently, only the premium scrips show up as active on my account. For some reason, I still seem to be able to watch premium videos but I can no longer stream scripts.

I purchased through Verotel. What can I do to resolve this issue?
