Yeah, my understanding is that (generally speaking) there is an entire subset of short-term rentals who market themselves to adult productions, hence why most of us have probably noticed any number of sets and locations being used across multiple studios & sites. Especially true for 2d porn just due to the sheer volume of scenes.
I definitely feel like SLR is very good about avoiding that quite so much with the Originals series, at least off-hand I can't think of many sets/locations I've seen elsewhere. As opposed to the room from this scene for example, which I think I've seen used by what must be the majority of Euro studios at this point. Not that I'll ever complain about a Mina K. Medina scene...
