AV Scheduling release question.

Some studios, like Dandy or Natural Nigh, have video scheduled in "coming soon", but don't have any release for months ( Last one on December for NHVR ).

Is there any kind of logical decision about that or it's arbitrary ?
Maybe some kind of studio mandatory delay between the release of the movie in japan and here ?

Hi, we have some release schedule that is agreed with all the studios and we stick to this schedule.
The scenes in the coming soon section will be published.
