We are currently experiencing payment issues with Epoch. Some users have had their funds returned as soon the payment was made. - This will result in not having access to the Premium content.
If you think this might apply to you, please contact us and please check your statements. For PayPal you should see it immediately, for other payment methods it can take up to 5 days however. - Please do not attempt to make more payments if you have a recurring subscription!
We are in contact with Epoch to rectify the issue! Our apologies for the inconvenience!
UPDATE 1:
- We received a list of affected users from Epoch and are working to re-enable the Premium access for every one. For some users this has already been done and should have received an email from us. Sorry for the wait.
Once everything is fixed I will check with Epoch if there is a possibility to extend the next bill according to lost days of access.
UPDATE 2:
- All support tickets that so far have been sent to us should have their access reinstated at the time of writing. Please contact us if this is not the case for you.
- The remaining affected accounts will be fixed in bulk once the devs have it ready.

- All affected accounts should have access again!
