Player is not found in the connected network/ Quest 2 with Max 2

I have a max 2 and a quest 2. I have the haptics connect app and I keep getting "Player is not found in the connected network" I am connect to the same network as my quest using the DeoVR app. Within the DeoVR app the Interactive status at the bottom left is red and I can not get it to go green. Any help?

I also downloaded the scripts and placed them in the interactive folder, renaming them to the video ID and I still do not get any interactive.
