This is by far one of the best moves of SLR. Not only incorporating their content but also their skills in High Quality content creation and interactive harems scenes (something SLR was struggling with).

Just speculation here but I sincerely hope that actual CVR subscriptions haven’t dropped off so badly that this is their only available option to continue operating and producing content. I am a lifetime subscriber to SLR but I also regularly renew my 6 month sub to CVR and have done for years. Their content is worth supporting outright. Maybe providing some limited content here will be enough to kickstart their subscription revenue so CVR can return to the studio they were before COVID fucked everything in the ass.

I wouldn’t expect to see their full catalogue over here, or new content, not unless they truly are on the verge of collapse as an independent studio, and none of us should want that.

    okay, this gives me hope that CVR will continue operating independently for a very long time. I truly hope this move by them proves to be beneficial for everyone. I love SLR, don’t get me wrong, but I also believe that any market thrives far better when there’s diversity vs. one giant monopoly.

        argyle43 Agreed. The studios aren't so much competing against each other as collectively trying to get more people into headsets — which is great for all of us. As the wise man said, "the high tide raises all boats."

          You don’t seriously believe this do you? Anyone even remotely into VR Porn knows who the main studios are. CVR is right up in the top echelon of those studios. They’ve been producing superior content for seven years. In my opinion their casting and output has taken a big hit since Covid descended on us, but when they put their mind to it they still create some of the very best quality VR there is in terms of casting and technical perfection (lighting, scale, direction, picture quality, etc.) Their Easter release with Olivia, Rika, Antonia, and Lucky Bee is the best quality scene of 2022 if you ask me.

          I’m happy if a partnership with SLR throws some subscribers their way, to experience their back catalogue and fresh content which hopefully returns to what it was in 2018 and 2019. I’d hate to see subscription revenue to them get hurt simply because people feel they no longer need to directly support CVR though. That would be a tragedy.

            CVR has great camera work but their scenes are so boring. cookie cutters.

              It looks like a lot of people are happy to see CVR join but only this week we have lost VR Bangers and VR Conk, from my personal point of view I would have much rather have kept Bangers and Conk than gain CVR

                FYI I hate to be a downer but CVR is not really joining SLR as a regular studio. These scenes are also available on vrporn.com for a while and they are just more like free samples/tastes of what CVR has to offer. And as a super fan of both CVR and SLR I think it’s good that they are still treated separately. CVR is one of the best studios out there and I highly encourage folks to sub to them directly if you like what they have here on SLR. They are OGs in the industry and put out some unique scenes, that don’t quite feel like any other scene out there. Much like SLROriginals, they have their unique style and direction (not to mention a really sharp custom 8k rig)
