All controller settings gone

I have no idea what happened. All of my programmed buttons for my right controller got reseted.
Also, I can not for the life of my find the option to tilt the camera up and down.

I am using the OG Oculus Rift. Also I do not know if this helps, but my left controller is always off (no battery inside)

hentfreak77 Have we been mailing through support the past couple of days?
Tilt should be grip (middle finger) + left/right with thumbpad.

I have not been mailing with you, wrong person.
I had the tilt option on my Right Controller Thumpstick, moving up and down. This still works right?
