H265 streaming issue

Hi,

I am seemingly unable to stream H265 videos in the app. When trying to enable H265, I can see the resolutions run down from the largest to smallest, then H265 turns off and the stream starts back up at whatever I was at before.

I can play local H265 videos fine, the only problem is with streaming.

Computer specs
i5 4690K
GTX1070
16gb ram
Oculus Rift CV1

I do have LAVFilters installed and setup to use the NVIDIA CUVID decoder and HEVC/H265 box is checked.
