I did find that rebooting the PC solves this issue, and in some cases just disabling / re-enabling network adapter works. This is still strange because no other websites accessed via DEO timeout or fail to load this way. It's only SLR. And it still happens.
doublevr using Link is better in my case since Wifi channels are congested and router is too far away; 1 Gbps hardwired up-link to pc is just way smoother + no worries about dead battery with Link cable.
