30 Downloads in 72h limit changed without notifying anyone
There could have been more transparency from the start, an e-mail sent out, in product notification, notice on the sign up page. It changed in the middle of this month and I waited to start mostly downloading towards the end of my subscription and now I'm limited to 72 hours until I can download another 30. Just to put it in perspective, having 8 days left on a membership and having to wait 72 hours is 3 days. So then I have 5 days left to download another 30 and then my membership expires. It requires you to have to really stay on top of your download balance renewing to download again which would be a little easier if I even knew that from the start. So you turned something already very frustrating into something even more frustrating by not letting me know up front when I signed up. Very disappointing. Then I go and post updates on the threads that say 50 downloads in 48 hours or 3 days, there are so many threads with different amounts or higher amounts, that I replied to them so people would know it's not that way and you deleted all my posts warning others about it. Because you called it spam, well in my opinion all those posts are misleading and when it's the first thing I find when I search in frustration, of course I want to respond to them to update their misleading information but you instead would rather it stay misleading and delete my response. To me it seems more like you are doing more to hide the fact that you have such a horrible limitation on downloads. No major VR download site has a download limit like this and I hope more people spread the word about it since it feels like you are trying to hide it from people until after they pay by not allowing it responded in the threads with the incorrect info. When I message support about it they say there is nothing they can do about my download limit. Their response went to my spam folder where I had to remove it from spam to read it. I'm guessing people that contact your support and get those kind of awful responses are marking them as spam because they are so upset in how you are treating your customers.Your tabs are broken
In DEOVR, if you click and sort by New, then go to the very end where it says page 900+, it gives a 500 error. If you click +10 to go back as far as you can, it only goes back to around page 224. What is all this content I can't see or access? It feels very misleading like you're saying you have more content than you actually have, and has been this way for weeks. My process is I sort by New in DEOVR, then go to the last tab as far back as I can, and click back through titles from oldest to most new. If I see one I like, I favorite it so I can maybe download it later. I later sign off, and sign back on and continue on the page I was on with the last video I favorited, and I find as I tab back towards the most new release, I find the same videos again that I had already seen and favorited in the past. Some I wonder if my favorite was removed as if it was completely reuploaded with a new release date or something. It feels like the release dates are being manipulated to shuffle content around to make it harder to go through the catalogue and keep track of what you've seen or downloaded? Maybe this has to do with your post about some content having to be taken down and edited and reuploaded? I just hope it can be done in a way where the favorites stay on them. Currently I am having to check to make sure I haven't already downloaded them before because it feels like I can't trust what I favorite anymore and that was my system for tracking what I already downloaded. Not sure why this would be done but it's something I've been experiencing.There needs to be an option to disable certain videos
I've signed up on every major VR website, and most of them carry little to no: solo only scenes, non-vr porn scenes, or 60+ grandma scenes. However these are mixed in through your catalogue with no option to disable them from view. When I click through videos, I find I'm often skipping through 5 solo only scenes and a non-vr scene just to get to 1 regular VR scene. I'm not saying remove them for those that enjoy them, but at least give us an option to hide them from view.It would be nice to be able to create a playlist like POVR offers
POVR lets you create individual playlists where you can click on a title and choose to add it to a customized playlist with your own label or title. When you go to save it, you can choose which playlist to save it to instead of just saving it to a general favorites tab.I've downloaded a few videos with no audio
I signed up in the past and noticed after my membership expired that a few files had no audio. I thought about reporting them to see if I could redownload them without having to sign back up but decided to just sign back up and redownload them. My initial thought was I shouldn't have to re-sign back up to be able to download them again if they didn't download right the first time. I should get a courtesy download. This might be something worth considering in the future for those that have issues like this, letting them re-download a video file if there were technical issues with the file.You need to add the time that a membership expires
My membership was set to expire today but it didn't say at what time. I haven't been able to download anything for 3 days and thought I'd be able to download something possibly on my last day and my membership was cut without being able to download anything. I'm pretty sure I signed up later in the day, it feels like it was cut early before I'd be able to download another 30. Either way, it just adds to the frustration of the whole 30 downloads in 72 hour process as many people will watch as their membership expires and no know if they'll be able to download anything.Your 72 hour counter stops working
It starts by saying how much time you have left until you can download again and then later on it seems to not display it anymore and just show 0 in 72 hours available. It doesn't seem very reliable on the timer.You need an incentive for reporting technical issues, improvements, suggestions, etc.
If someone reports something, gives a good suggestion that you implement or change, or does something to help, you should have an incentive. You could even create a thread for it where you award out certain regular prizes, like a free month sub, or free lifetime sub, or I guess now it would be resetting their 30 download limit so they can download 30 titles more. It takes a lot of time to type stuff like this up and report it and for the most part it always feels like a huge waste of time or like it's not even appreciated anyways.
