Cannot VIEW videos

Hi, I cannot view the videos any longer. The videos are downloading at such a SLOW RATE as to be unviewable.
The video is displayed but there are constant black screens as the video downloads. I have 15MB connection speed and everything else is fine.
Do I need to PAY to receive a reliable viewing speed?
I have WMR headset Samsung Odyssey, Windows 10 , Intel i7-7700, nVidia 1070, Samsung Evo SSD.

Thank you for your reply. HEVC Video Extensions are already installed. The SLR CDN speedtest does not start. It does not complete. I am in Asia, do you think it is being blocked?

Codecs are fine. Can play downloaded video from your website just fine.

Do you think it may be some problem with my cable modem firewall or similar issue? I can DOWNLOAD movies fine and I do connect to your servers but my connection speed is slow. Can I instruct SLR to use certain stateside servers without locking all of my connections to you?

Hi,

Changed DNS SERVER to 1.1.1.1 (https://ppc.land/cloudflare-created-the-fastest-public-dns-beating-google-and-opendns).

PING down from 270 to 178 and is completely usable. Thank you as your pointing out my slow PING speed was what solved the problem.
