Hi!

I just got my Kiiro Keon today and wanted to try it out.

I have downloaded HapticsConnect on my iOS device and connected the Keon. It's also connected to my account.
I enabled interactive Scripts inside the SLR app on my PC.

However, the SLR Interactive status is red inside the SLR app, and HapticsConnect tells me that the player is not found in the connected network.

I have tried disabling mobile data on my Phone, setting my Router to 2.4GHz only, tried both static & DHCP IPs.
I am using a WMR HP Reverb G2, Windows 10, iPhone 12

Would appreciate any help!

    peeps Which SLR VR player version do you have? it has to be 10.4 or newer to work with HatpicsConnect.

    jrose1995 I don't think so. I have never experiencing it actually working. For the price tag, it is quite stunning. I am not gonna renew my subscription, that is for sure. You have to jump though all those hoops, you can also take so much.
