Confirmation on Kiiroo Onyx Realm Compatability

Hi everyone,

I recognize there have been some posts expressing some difficulties using the Kiiroo Onyx+ Realm Edition device with SLR. Some responses have stated that its currently not compatible (despite the onyx+ being compatible). Yet I see this edition listed on the devices "that can be controlled with the same scripts, using the PC with Scriptplayer + Intiface + DeoVR/SLR" under the sex-toy support section.

I've purchased the realm edition recently as its on sale and within my budget but as I haven't received it yet, I'm debating if I should return it before even opening it if its not compatible. Any other onyx+ realm users have some insight or willing to share their experience?

Would love try to the scripts but the price point on some of these devices are just not suitable for my needs.

Hi, owner of a Kiiroo Onyx+ Realm here. I can't use it with scripts, the SLR Interactive app doesn't recognize the device. If you didn't opened it I would recommend you to ask them to change it for a regular Onyx+. Not sure if they are going to do it, I was talking with Kiiroo for two months (they have the worst costumer service you can imagine) and I ended up opening a claim in PayPal because they didn't accept my return despite the fact that in their website they say the device IS compatible. They say SLR should add support, and SLR say they don't know when they are going to do it (if they do it), so yes, neither Kiiroo nor SLR are trying to solve the issue, but they kept advertising the device is compatible.

Btw, this is what Kiiroo answered me almost 4 months ago:

Some members in our team do have a meeting with the SLR team at the end of next week and will be asking them to add the Realm to their application however what they do with THEIR application is out of our control.

Even if they do plan to add this we do not know how quickly their IT team works so have no idea how long this will take them.
