Hi, I just got my handy. I got the app on my phone and got the handy set up with wifi. My issue is the SLR website (via the DeoVr player) cannot connect to my device. I'm using an oculus quest 2. This is the error message I receive: Error connecting to Handy! -> Server or device error "No machine connected" Device is not connected.
Unable to connect to The Handy

Did you perform your initial setup steps for when you first received your Handy via their Handy smartphone connect app?
You should get a 5 digit code that you use to enter into Handy settings, and you will want to ensure your Handy is not connected with that code active anywhere else and in flashing WIFI pairing mode when trying to connect to SLR video player app (by pushing the wifi button on your Handy)
If you just ran the first time setup through the Handy app or Handy setup website, force close it that to ensure its no longer connected to that app, and unplug and then replug in the Handy again to be safe

I did the initial setup on my computer. It downloaded an update as well. When I plug in the handy the light is green, I press and hold the wifi button and the light is a slow pulsing blue. Is this the mode it should be in? The wifi shows that its connected on the app. It gives me a connection key, but the key doesn't work on the SLR site.
EDIT: Okay I did some research and found out it the light needs to be purple just by pressing the button instead of holding it. I've got that but now my phone can't find the handy device to get the connection key.
EDIT2: Okay I figured it out. Gotta connect to my phone first, get the key, then put it in the purple mode to connect to my vr headset. Super confusing but finally got it working!
SexyBaldMan thanks for reporting back your findings! yes doesnt help handy changed the colour coding in latest firmware as well - but glad you figured it out eventually!
