Just had an insightful call with Lovense team early today.

We are definitely looking to move interaction on SLR to the whole new level. There're quite a few things in works now, but introducing new concepts is the biggest deal.

We are turning SLR into a multiuser spatial experience. Basically metaverse where people can connect with each other as deep as it gets. You should be able to connect with others sex toys, both males and females in a big number either watching the same video at exactly same time or totally on your own.

We expect live cam performers to manage sex toys as well as you fucking a sex toy that would pass it to her vibrator as well as live cam performers managing multiple sex toys at a time.

How do you like it?
Anyone tried 3DXChat sex toys integration?

The live cam performers interaction sounds great - really revolutionary 😃

I genuinely wonder how the metaverse thing will work out - it'll probably bring some challenges in terms of managing user behaviour dependant on the level of interaction you can have, and I really can't imagine too many women engaging on the platform except as paid models/performers/cammers/couples etc...

I can only imagine it'll face the same issues as other social media platforms and dating sites for different genders and sexual orientations.

But hopefully it'll be really fun!

I'm not particularly interested in fucking a sex toy that sends shocks to a cam girl's vibrator. I would, however, be interested in cam girls having a high-tech dildo that syncs in real time with my sex toy so it's like a real-time funscript. Would that be possible or would it be too technically advanced?

You can do this right now: the hard part is getting everyone involved using the right hardware and software, and also the speed of one's internet connection. My wife has a dildo she can use, and I have a Max 2 that will try to duplicate what she's doing with it (it doesn't work very well, but that's not the point). That's in the same house though... across continents with latencies that can be multiple seconds, things get pretty tough, and of course none of these companies want to use a software standard that doesn't lock you into their own system. Since Lovense pretty much owns the entire camgirl market (those pink vibrators hanging out are like a badge of office), it's hard to imagine this coming about without them either completely dominating the hardware market, or (more likely) them charging us a subscription so that we can feel our cammer's movements remotely. One way or another it's certainly happening, though.

I'd really like to see SLR integration with toys without the need of sideloading extra apks like SLRInteractive (not even supported by SLR as I read in the FAQ section) in order to have a flawlessly experience without pairing and sync issues.
I was indeed about to get a Max2 these holidays but I'd finally decided to wait for a while.
Of couse this new level of interaction sounds great, so "I´ll keep tuned".

shinobi1987 Toys with Bluetooth need an app to function. But thing will continue to evolve and are already in development.

What if I told you websites could communicate with nearby Bluetooth devices in a secure and privacy-preserving way? This way, heart rate monitors, singing lightbulbs, and even turtles could interact directly with a website.

Until now, the ability to interact with Bluetooth devices has been possible only for platform-specific apps. The Web Bluetooth API aims to change this and brings it to web browsers as well.

As for WiFi devices such as The Handy. The web apps for this are not secure (currently). This is a risk we can not take.
