If you go into any vid and open one of the preview photos, there's supposed to be previous/next arrows that show up on the far left and right of the screen so you can view the other images without exiting the image viewer. However, the arrow texture for them is missing, so there's only dark boxes there, which are invisible against the SLR website's black background unless you have a light image that can zoom in enough to reach the screen edges. The arrow boxes are functional when you click on them, they just don't show up as arrows.
Here's an example photo open from VR Casting Couch 4; you can't see any navigation arrows:
If you zoom into the photo, you'll notice small dark squares on the edges where the arrows should be:
This happens both in Chrome and Edge on Windows 10.
