I'm new to VR and I can't figure out how to install the app onto the quest. It shows as an .exe file in my downloads when I download it off the website. Is there a simple step-by-step instructions on how to install the app?

Im not sure if you trying to specifically download the SLR app, but you can download the DEO VR app from the app store on the oculus quest itself and then go to sexlikereal.com inside the app. DEO VR functions effectively the same as the SLR app
its my understanding that the slr app is essentially just deovr branded for slr

Go to https://www.sexlikereal.com/vr-porn-app# click the Free Download button. Click on the Quest tab at the top of the pop up window. Will walk you through the steps, including a link to instructions on how to set up SideQuest.
In step 1 you'll want to click on the .APK button but it doesn't work for me however the file it should be pointing to is http://app-builds.sexlikereal.com/slr_go.apk so just download that file and then follow steps 2 - 5.
As a side question, does anyone know when using that above method, how do you know when an update is released? Does the app update itself on the quest like the PC version? Or do you just have to just download the apk file above periodically to ensure you're on the latest build?
