I was waiting for my old subscription to expire, so I can subscribe to the new script bundle.
So, I subscribed for a whole year with a heavy price tag only to find out after that there is a 3 script/month download limit. Really?!
I never used the streaming, as it is way to slow for me, especially when skipping, etc. So this is absolutely useless for me.
I sent an email to support, asking for a refund or an adjustment to be able to download all scripts, but no reply.
I find this quite misleading and very disappointing. I am only using the scripts for myself, so why cant i download them?!
How can I get a refund and cancel my new subscription?
