We did our best to approach the Fleshlight team, though we couldn't get any feedback. If you could message them saying you'd like to see Launch integrated with SLR app that would be really helpful appreciated.

Truly the best idea for both businesses. They need easy connections to great vids to sell their launch and kiiroo products. Not sure why they are not replying to you. Have you tried contacting the lead developers at Kiiroo?

Or leave a support request at their website. They get back to you fairly quickly.

We approached them multiple times via different channels to start working together. We simply need SDK from them to implement into SLR app and Deo, that's standard dev procedure. So far we were never provided one with no explanation provided.

After this topic I've approached their CEO Frank once again and got this: "I am on a holiday until Aug 14
I will get back after. Thanks for your u understanding." If more people message them on the matter it might help to get things started.

We have got an update from that company and they are not interested in any sort of integration with our app.

doublevr is this still the case? Seems a bit insane of them. Any updates on this?

So far as I have been able to tell from pretty extensive googling, there is zero way to use their products on anything but an android phone, despite how their products are advertised, as although the weird connect app is on iOS the actual websites that might support it seem to require other player apps that aren’t, that seems to be the case with virtualrealporn anyhow, who so far as I can tell also seem to have entirely dropped supporting new content for it, and the tiny handful of teledildonic content they do release seems to now just support lovense.

The required feel connect app is available neither on oculus or vive. So again despite advertisements they seem exclusive to gear vr, and even then practically no one is supporting them, and those that do require you jump through crazy hoops. They have to be in breach of some consumer regulations given how they market themselves and seeming hostility towards people like yourself that could actually address the problem. Their whole interactive stuff is a practical lie for at least 70% of their audience, and then barely functional and barely supported for the remaining 30%

I really fail to see their business case for refusing cooperation much more so than people being hesitant over utilising SLR connect.

    Very odd

mkirby We are working on Launch integration, no ETA yet but guys are already putting code together, should be out maybe somewhere next month.

Oh brilliant. Always good to hear. And thanks for fast response. It’s rare for companies to reply so promptly consistently 🙂

Any idea if it’ll work straight through the SLR app on the quest, or if people will need to do something silly like connect the launch to slr on a pc, then simultaneously press play on both the pc and the quest?

mkirby Quest runs Android, should be connecting straight to the launch, worst case scenario via phone as a proxy.

Did you make any progress? Lauch support in SLR would be so awesome 😉

How exactly will this be implemented? I don't mean what app and how to link the launch or anything, i am talking about the actual automation of the launch device on videos.

How exactly are you getting scripts for videos? Will you be making the scripts for the videos you sell on the site? or will you require the actual content creators to provide scripts?
        Will they cost extra?
Will it only be for future videos released or will already purchased videos have scripts over time?
Will we be able to tweak the scripts ourselves?

Ever since the launch came out we've had nothing but false promises on practically everything that comes with this product so far (nothing to do with this website specifically)
christ just look at the original website feelme that was supposed to be the flagship endorsed by fleshlight for the product, nearly 3 years on now and it's still an absolute disaster.
so i am highly sceptical, most of those questions should be fairly simple to answer if you're at a stage where you are actually building integration.

Will we be able to tweak the scripts ourselves?

          Probably at some point

It's important for us to get initial feedback from community, SLR is mostly feedback-driven product, if feature will be popular, we will add more and more scripts/functionality/etc, I cannot however answer you anything about feelme website, please take it up with them

Let me know if you have any other questions

          • nixi replied to this.

We accomplished tech integration of a fleshlight with SLR app. Finishing user interfaces
Scripts will be available for downloads from the site like next week.

wow, launch integration would make me an SLR customer for life.

Will the app allow to run the script ahead of the video to compensate for bluetooth lag? Using the launch with the FeelMe app, the motion seemed to be always lagging behind the videos.
