We finally have a solution and refunds will be sent out today for double subscriptions and some PPV payments. There are a handful of PPV and top-up payments we were not able to find back yet. @"Vrsumo2017"#p12736 The bank/Card issuer is denying the payment. Sometimes it is required to ask them to allow payments to Epoch.

I can only recommend using Paypal with Epoch. Most comfortable and most secure way of doing subscriptions. And Mastercard credit cards aren't an issue either that way.

@"Vrsumo2017"#p12749 I don't ever add funds to my PP account, I just have my card linked to it and PP charges it. I don't know how it is in other places, but if you're in the EU there are no extra costs.

@"Vrsumo2017"#p12749 You don't have to add funds to PP. Just store your credit card credentials on your PP account. You can then choose that credit card for future payments on other sites via PP. Edit: Ninja'd by Rakly3... 😆

@"Rakly3"#p13418 I searched all the threads on "prepaid" and saw a lot with no follow up replies so wanted to reply so if others find those threads, they will know not to waste money on a prepaid card. In the end I just paid with crypto.

not sure what was the issue yesterday. I did nothing but try again today and it worked.

JordanSLR Thank you for the information. I made a purchase but they changed something and now I cannot choose the currency i want to pay in. I am being forced to pay in the currency of my current location. Before I could've made a choice between paying directly in usd or in local currency.
Right now im being forced to pay in local currency. The worst thing is that when I have chosen a quick payment option the main page of epoch was showing the usd price, but after clicking the pay button i was charged in the local currency. I thought that i will be paying in usd so i used my usd card. Because of epoch showing me this false information i will be now charged additional (unfavourable) fees for currency exchange (I have paid $6,58 instead of $5.99)
