sexyintelligent Same here, tried twice with PayPal. it's like the merchant can't capture the payment so its just left hanging.
sexyintelligent Contacted epoch billing support, live chat. They stated the following: "so our system does not show any reason why the payments would be having issues processing. you may need to contact the site for assistance."
TimmGuise Epoch live support says that "the transaction that you have will refund back to you when that pending hold is released by the card company, it does not show billed here". Ostensibly transaction is not found I dont know how true is this.
Vrgoodguy I'm having the same issue. The transaction is showing up in my bank account but no access the premium.
