Any idea why I might be experiencing screen tearing & frame drops in the VR App? This occurs when: The picture in picture feature is displayed when video scrolling. Symptom - Big frame rate drops. When streaming a video at 2880p H.265 and above. Symptom - Screen tearing I am using Oculus Quest 2 with Oculus link cable. CPU: Ryzen 1700x GPU: AMD 5700XT RAM: 32GB Note: This system runs most VR applications quite well. Any advice would be great.

Frame Drops & Screen Tearing SLR PC Application

Any idea why I might be experiencing screen tearing & frame drops in the VR App?

This occurs when:

The picture in picture feature is displayed when video scrolling. Symptom - Big frame rate drops.
When streaming a video at 2880p H.265 and above. Symptom - Screen tearing

I am using Oculus Quest 2 with Oculus link cable.

CPU: Ryzen 1700x
GPU: AMD 5700XT
RAM: 32GB
Note: This system runs most VR applications quite well.

Any advice would be great.

Rakly3 There is a picture preview of where you are wanting to FFWD/RWND the video to when you hover the pointer over top of the scroll bar.
