200° fisheye in SLR app don´t play

I have the SLR app but when I try to watch a downloaded 200° fisheye vid simply nothing happens. It shows a black screen and the vid don´t start. same with some 8k vids. I have the oculus rift, RTX 2060 graphic- card, so I think thats not to week. anyone an idea what I can try ?

Which format are the files you are using? h264 or h265?
Do you have the Windows HEVC codec and LAV filters (or k-Lite) installed on your system?

h265 and I have installed both....Windows HEVC and K-Lite

Are you able to bring up the play/pause bar at all?
If so, can you check the right hand panel settings for a DirectDraw toggle?
Are these mp4 or mkv files?
Can you right click the video file, Open with > Films & TV. Does it play here?

...don´t know why but after the update of the player today the vids are running....so thanks :-)
