I have emailed you user name Rich2410A.As I made a purchase you took the money and I didn't receive the video ,I hope you sort this out and don't expect me to go around collecting reference numbers ,emailing epoch and doing all the leg work for you.Its bad enough you have taken my money.I did the buisiness with you not them,you should contact them and find all this out for us and then sort it all out.I have waited 24 hours ,if I have to then get a reply telling me to get reference numbers email them ,wait another 2 days, then they issue a refund which takes even longer ,I will do it all ,but I will never use the site again.Why should I purchase something from you then have a headache due to a mistake you made ,chasing my money all over the place .Mistakes are made but I would expect your customer service to sort it all our with the video or refund In 24 hours.You say use a different payment method,its too late for that once its done,you only find out there is an issue after checking on here.
Are you suggesting people should check on here to make sure payment methods you are offering on the site are working first before they try them in case they lose there money.
Why don't you disable the payment method.
