Then, unfortunately, it is very far from being the only site (and not only pornographic) of this kind to have this problem (I will not give a name, but for example, a certain direct competitor has the same problem).
The problem being on "many" sites, it is thus simpler to have a simple download manager (which in addition makes it possible to better exploit its flow, to create files of downloading, allows an easier resumption of the downloads (in the event of cut or of exceeded time)...) which fills very easily the problem than to have to complain on each site on which one meets the problem.
But in the end, you do what you want.
