TheHandy trouble

Hello. I have SLR+Script premium. I also have the DeoVR browser downloaded. When I login to SLR website and go to the Sex Toys category none of the videos make TheHandy move. I have it paired up with my account. I noticed that there is 'SLR Interactive' below The Handy status that has a red circle next to it while the handy is green. I have both of them enabled in the settings.

Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: I see some people are saying that you need to purchase scripts before it works. Doesn't the Premium + Scripts subscription include those?

sladur Try only enabling theHandy in the settings, The interactive switch is for the SLR interactive app on Android device for the other blutooth driven sex toys.

Do you mean the LED on the device is green?
Have you set up your Handy WiFi and code yet? Updated to FW3.1.x

With Premium+Scripts you don't need to purchase the scripts to use them streaming.
