SLR Interactive not loading scripts

With the recent DeoVR / Sideloaded SLR app update, scripts are no longer playing. The app on my phone shows that there is a connection, however it doesn't show the movie being played. If i run the app from my pc, the scripts load fine (I think the app on my pc was not updated).
I'm using Oculus Quest 1.

Correction - My PC forced an update and now that's not working either.
The SLR interactive app for my phone no longer appears to be in the apple store either, so I can't update that

Ballow are you using Apple phone? slr interactive app support hasnt been offiicial or supported on apple for awhile - best to use an android device

Yes, I'm using apple.
I unfortunately do not have an android device. I ended up imaging a raspberry pi with android, and that seems to be doing the trick.

Ballow great to hear! yes one day we can hopefully get apple support back, but great to hear raspberry pi with android works for you!

So basically a Pi Zero W should be possible to be used as a replacement for Android phones.

I'm using a Pi 4 and no performance issues, so I can only really speak to that.
But I feel like a zero might not be powerful enough though, or at least might need a fair bit of tinkering getting a build running on it. The Pi specific one that I found only went as far back as Android 9, i'm guessing a zero would need something quite a bit older.

Hmm, hadn't thought of the ARMv6, seems it can run Android 2 or 3 poorly.
There's a Pi4 compute module with wifi/BLE, but at that price (would also need a I/O board to set it up) might just aswel get a cheap Android phone for less and save yourself all the hassle.
