Cannot playback locally stored/downloaded 120FPS files in SLR app

I have downloaded a handful of 120FPS and 90FPS videos that I am storing locally in my PC and some of them have issues. Here's my configuration

NVIDIA 2070 Super
Oculus Quest 2 connected via Oculus Link (USB3.0 at 2.5Gbps)
Launching app via Steam VR

If use the SLR app to watch videos I have no problem at all streaming videos at various FPS (60, 90, 120) as well as resolutions (2160, 2880). However if I try to watch the exact same video in VR that I locally stored the app does not do anything and sits there.

Specific examples:

DOES NOT WORK
Mistress Creampie - Big Tits Boss. Streaming at any FPS works
Downloaded video version 5K, H265 120FPS, 20.29GB. App shows a black screen

DOES WORK
Barbie - Big Tits Sex Doll Roleplay with Kayla Kayden. Streaming 60FPS works at most resolutions
Downloaded video 8K, H265 7.62GB works

I have confirmed that other videos I have from other sites playback without any issues. Also, all videos can play back without issues in Windows.

Do they play in the Windows app Movies & TV? (can be named slightly different depending on your local language settings.)
Right click the video file > open with.

It has to be this specific app, not media player, VLC, etc.

Yes confirmed they all play with the Movies & TV app from Windows. I downloaded the 90 FPS version of the Mistress video and that one did play locally without any issues.

Can you check your SteamVR settings, make sure you have Smoothing disabled while using VR for video playback.

Rakly3 I will try that next. Add another data point, I moved the 120fps file to the Quest 2 and was able to play it locally without any issues so definitely there's something in the PC config that is messing it up
